In 2010 I hired Mr. Fortner to draft up paperwork to the courts to set aside a conviction. He did the requested paperwork in a timely manner, answered all questions I had and legally advised me in the right direction. 7 years after the fact but Thank you.

Fortner is a complete moron

Fortner represented my ex-wife in a child custody case. He was so oblivious to the specifics of the law that he did not know that he could have filed in Prescott instead of Phoenix. This cost his clients thousands of dollars in time/expense related to several commutes to/from Phx-Prescott.

I lost my house due to his negligence

Stay away from this guy. I hired him to file a BK when my house went into foreclosure in 2003. It was a procedure to buy time while I accumulated funds. My BK was rejected by the court because of mishandling by my attorney.
