The mission of the ABA Immigration Justice Project (IJP) is to promote due process and access to justice at all levels of the immigration and appellate court system, through the provision of high-quality pro bono legal services for those in immigration proceedings in San Diego.
The ABA Journal is read by half of the nation's 1 million lawyers every month. It covers the trends, people and finances of the legal profession from Wall Street to Main Street to Pennsylvania Avenue.

Partner: Santa Fe Dreamers Project The Immigration Justice Campaign is a partner in the El Paso Immigration Collaborative (EPIC), a collective of multiple local and national legal organizations whose goals are to increase access to counsel for detained immigrants and provide increased oversight of the immigration courts in and around El Paso, TX.

The I-526 and I-829 petitions are the cornerstones of gaining U.S. permanent residency through the EB-5 program. The I-526 petition to grant an investor immigrant status is the very first form submitted in the EB-5 visa process. The I-829 is the petition to remove conditions on an investor’s permanent resident status and allow an extension on the conditional permanent resident status.
