To request a Certificate of Good Standing, please submit a request in writing (there is not a form) including the attorney's name and CA bar number along with payment (please see Fee Schedule for amount) and a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope for certificate return.

The Electronic Pacer Access fee is $.10 per page. Access to court documents costs $0.10 per page as well. The cost to access a single document is capped at $3.00 (the equivalent of 30 pages.) District Court will charge $225.00 for a standard attorney admissions. Also effective February 1, 2020 the court will now charge $200.00 for pro hac vice admissions. The fee increases were adopted to address the needs of the court's pro bono program.
Please contact the chambers of the appropriate judge to schedule the admission ceremony. All papers must be on file with the Clerk for 14 days prior to admission. The admission fee is due after attorney is admitted and will not be accepted in advance of the admission ceremony.
