Unfortunately for Holder, the Constitution of the US and of Arizona allows the Arizona Senate to perform an audit of the county’s 2020 Election results. Interfering with this audit would be against the US and Arizona state constitutions and would therefore be illegal. The Democrats are trying to label the audit a mess.
