Oct 27, 2020 · CPS failed to investigate multiple reports of abuse in my stepdaughters household. Now a child has been murdered and three others put in fostercare. It's taken 6 month to gain custody of the our child but the trama she has gone through is overwhelming. We don't want to gain from this financially. We want a better system for abused children.
