Under these circumstances, appellant is not entitled to a new trial merely because his counsel failed to move in *211 limine to exclude evidence of his prior conviction for robbery.
On January 4, 1988, Guy Grazier , a nephew of the deceased, was charged with the murder of his uncle. On June 24, 1988, a jury found Guy Grazier guilty of murder of the first degree. Grazier then filed post-trial motions in which he alleged that his trial counsel had been ineffective.
