The series premiered on Adult Swim on April 5, 2021. On October 4, 2021, Kether Donohue, the voice of Gillian, posted on Instagram that Birdgirl had been renewed for a second season. This was confirmed on February 9, 2022. Season 2 will premiere in Summer 2022.

It's funny..but not right for some kids. Some episodes aren't too bad for kids, and are only rated TV-PG; but know your kid on the TV-14 ones. A lot of them have sexual references(which mostly come from Peanut)and some suggestive dialogue; but overall, It's not as bad as some shows you'll see on Adult Swim.

The episode begins with a brief recap of the previous episode in which Judge Mento k declared all 38 cases Harvey has litigated must be retried and that anyone jailed by their outcomes must be set free.
In the episode Harvey is put in jail for a murder he did not commit. The printer had a paper jam, and Dinomutt tried to pull fix it only to get stuck himself. Harvey is in jail for five years, and when they wanted to electrocute him, it turns out that it was a hoax, and Dinomutt was alive.
In an episode Yogi Bear reported to police that his friend Boo Boo sends booby-trapped boxes of chocolates and bouquets. Ranger Smith appears in the episode, but only in pictures, and not alive. Also, Dick Dastardly was sitting among the jurors. This episode was the first appearance of Phil Ken Sebben.
