Daytime TV works out better for them because the rates are lower and their advertising dollars provide more coverage. If you watch daytime television the TV lawyers are everywhere. When I was in jail, the tv was always on black targeted shows like Jerry Springer, BET, Paternity Court, or some black version of The View. Every fricking commercial was attorney commercials. Damn near every single one.
It also seems to be that there’s a few or even one production company that sells very similar commercials to multiple lawyers. It’s likely that company hands over much of the creative control to the law office, without providing much guidance. They mass produce these commercials.
