As far as basic court structure and procedure is concerned, Ace Attorney does a good job of portraying the Japanese system accurately. Each trial within the game follows the same procedure of the prosecutor present his or her opening statement, followed by the presentation of evidence.
To begin with, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is an exceptional satire of Japan's judicial system. Japan, unlike the US, has a system of “guilty until proven innocent”. If one is accused of a crime and brought into Japan's court, there is a 99% chance of conviction.
It DOES have minor inappropriate things (swear words (hell, damn, etc) and revealing outfits), however, it is a Japanese game.

The Ace Attorney series is a nice example of a fairly realistic game, even though the legal accuracy of Ace Attorney can sometimes be troubling, and the series can occasionally get things wrong about the law.
