Plans for GOTV, absentee ballot, and Election day activities should be planned beforehand. 6 Campaign budget – What would be the budget for every task? 7 Fundraising plan – What methods would you use? The events and major donors necessary to meet fundraising goals etc. 8 Campaign timeline – The deadlines for each team and activity 9 Staffing – The key roles like Campaign Manager, Treasurer and Field Director along with responsibilities for every important member
