CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Democrat Josh Stein has won re-election as attorney general of North Carolina in the 2020 general election. Stein, the incumbent, defeated Republican challenger Jim O’Neill. According to the Associated Press, Stein finished with 2,713,407 votes while O’Neill had 2,699,781 votes.
