The facility previously know as St. Mary's was bought by CHS (Tennova), then closed the hospital due to lack of mismanaged funds by management. Amazing, hard working, committed, patient centered co-workers while at St. Mary's.

Good company to work with overall. Electronic medical record use. Staff is friendly in all departments. Managers willing to listen to your concerns.
I visit pts homes so flexibility is the biggest advantage. Love the people I work with, good team environment laterally.
benefits are not as good as most hospitals.. benifits and salary range from city location verses rural hospital employees
The benefits are worse and 401K is bad. Covenant matches up to 3%. Tennova is more like 0.5%. New company CHS micromanages. If you are 1 minute past your scheduled time it's tardy but you also get docked for clocking in too early. You get written up. Middle managers play favorites.
Nice facility with adequate parking. Good benefits. If you want extra hours they always need you.
