Miller told People his office tried to speak with both victims before the plea deal, but the victim in the 2015 case “never returned our calls.” He said the victim in the 2013 case “exchanged messages” with his office, “but it didn’t work out and we were up against a deadline.”
An Indiana University spokesperson said Enochs did not graduate with his class and was no longer a student at the school. It is not known if he transferred to another college. He and his attorney could not be reached for comment.
