DUI case

I was charged back in July of 2016, for a DUI. I will keep it short and sweet but will give facts. When I was stopped, I was being pulled over for not having my lights on, which I admitted to. I was in Central City, KY for work and driving a rental. I had 1 drink 6 hours prior to going back to hotel for the evening, along with a meal.

DUI Recommended

I'm writing this from a parents point of view. Our son has never been in this position with having a DUI, and being in another state made this more difficult and challenging. He went through a lot the night of his arrest and had to spend the night in a cold jail cell.

Recommended

I had never been in any real legal trouble and i was accussed of something i had no part in i was actually at work but they still indicted me and mr.

Recomended

Not sure what he did behind the scenes but I feel he was able to get the other side to see my case for what it is. I would like to believe he saw me as a person. Not just a paycheck. I highly recommend Joe and thank him very much.

Fully trust without reservation

I had never before been in legal difficulty, or wrongfully charged with anything. Initially I engaged an attorney inappropriate for me and I replaced him with with Mr.Hendricks.
