This is a dram shop case wherein Plaintiffs proved that Defendants violated South Carolina laws relating to the sale and service of alcoholic beverages and that Defendants’ acts and omissions resulted in a tragic automobile accident which occurred mid-morning on New Year’s Day of 2012.
