Highly Recommend!

Mr. Brigman and his office staff are wonderful! They answered all my questions in a timely manner and walked me through all aspects of my case. I would highly recommend his services!

You can trust Mr. Brigman

Mr. Brigman is very knowledgeable of the law and your rights. He knows how to keep the lesser offense and succeed at getting the other higher offenses dropped or dismissed. I mistakenly went to another lawyer to have my record expunged and I regret not having Mr. Brigman represent me again.

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Brigman went above and beyond taking care of my legal needs . He answered all questions and when time came to go to court he was fantastic

Great Attorney

Attorney Fred Brigman is a true professional. He goes over all the details and questions concerning your case. Mr. Brigman is a strong attorney with his incredible experience, which includes being a Federal Prosecutor. West Texas usually never ends up with a Federal Prosector to live in this area.

Absolutely terrible at his profession

He is very lazy, not detail oriented, makes his assistant (secretary) do all of his work on your case, and after you pay him he disappears. Worst decision EVER was hiring him. I had a simple dui case, in which I had all the cards stacked in my favor...he still blew it. He never even filed for motion of discovery to see my arrest tape.

I would not make this mistake again

I had hired Fred Brigman III to handle a misdemeanor case for hitting a mailbox in a rural area around my city at nighttime with gates locked to the housing and left to return the next day. I also told him I had a case pending out of town. He had mentioned he goes to this other town often and said he can take care of both for $7500.

Not professional

Mr. Brigman was given my son's case by the Federal judge and he did nothing on his case. I gave him the files that would prove my son did not intend a loss to any of the clients he was accused of defrauding and he never even looked at the files or took them to the prison to look through them with my son.
