Annie Parisse (Born Anne Marie Cancelmi on July 31, 1975 in Anchorage, Alaska) is an actress who played Assistant District Attorney Alexandra Borgia in Law & Order. She first appeared in the fifteenth season episode "Fluency", and made her last appearance in the sixteenth season episode "Invaders".
After a short period of time during which McCoy worked alone, ADA Jamie Ross became his partner. Although they had an amicable relationship, they never became lovers. In fact, McCoy never had an affair with any of his assistants after Kincaid's death and his love life was never mentioned again.
She had an especially antagonistic relationship with Branch, a conservative who replaced Lewin as District Attorney in 2002. Branch dismissed Southerlyn because he felt that she was too sympathetic to the defendants.
