Commonwealth's Attorney Mary Pettitt has served in that office since 2005. Mary is a native Virginian who graduated from the College of William and Mary and the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Prior to working for Montgomery County, she served as a prosecutor in Roanoke County and Gloucester County.
