I have had Mr. Donald Rafferty as my attorney twice before in 2001 & 2004 and now, I have hired him a 3rd time in 2014. He was in my past cases very efficient and he got both charges dismissed in both 2001 & 2004 !! The first case was of "Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor".
This guy is very rude and will not do what he say he can do. Save your money or find another attorney, he's over priced and will not pay your fines if you send him the money to do so. He's allowed warrants to be taken out on his clients (me) for unpaid fines in which he said he paid. He's just a poor excuse for a lawyer. Please find another lawyer.
I hired Mr. Rafferty a few years ago in regards to a DUI with the sole intent of talking the matter to trial. Mr. Rafferty proved unprepared at every step of the way. At his best he was able to stall and have the trial pushed back numerous times.
