David Prater (Democratic Party) is the Oklahoma County District Attorney. Prater assumed office in 2007. Prater's current term ends in 2023. Prater (Democratic Party) won re-election for Oklahoma County District Attorney outright in the Democratic primary on June 26, 2018, after the general election was canceled.
