The evaluation of paving projects for the upcoming year was completed by the Township Engineer. The plan is to prepare and pave all dirt roads within East Union Township through the use of a Pennsylvania Infrastructure Bank (PIB) loan. This loan is administered through PennDOT and is a low-interest loan to help fund transportation projects.

Dan is Chief of Specialty Courts. Dan joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2000 when he came from the York County Public Defender’s Office. Prior to that, Dan was in private practice in Carlisle. As Chief of Specialty Courts, Dan handles all cases that proceed through Accelerated Rehabilitative Distribution (ARD) Court, Opioid Intervention Court (OIC), Together Optimizing Mental Health Solutions (TOMS) Court, Drug Treatment Court, Central Court, Intermediate Punishment Court, and Electronic Monitoring Court. Additionally, Dan is responsible for prosecutions in cases that arise from within the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill.
Dan joined the District Attorney’s Office in 2019 after working for five years at the State Attorney’s Office in Miami, FL. Dan is the community prosecutor for Camp Hill Borough and West Shore Regional Police Departments. In addition to handling trial cases, Dan is assigned to the Cumberland County Drug Task Force and also handles asset forfeiture matters for the office. Dan grew up in Cumberland County and is a proud alumnus of Cumberland Valley High School (2006), Penn State University (2010), and George Washington University Law School (2014).
Nichole assists in Drug Treatment Court and Opioid Intervention Court. She is the community prosecutor for Car lisle Borough and Dickinson College Police Departments.
