A prosecutor in North Carolina warned the family of a black man killed by cops last week that he would not be intimidated by them or their attorneys.
Cox previously said in a statement that the legislation requires his office to redact or distort photos in bodycam video in order to protect the credibility of an internal investigation. Harry Daniels, an Atlanta-based civil rights attorney representing Brown’s five minor children, said he was not aware of any other attorneys retained by Brown’s family. However, he noted Brown does have two adult children that he does not represent.
