My husband and I retained Karyn for a custody/child support case against his ex wife. She said everything we wanted to hear but when it came to the hearings she didn't advocate for us at all and didn't get us anything that she claimed she would or that we talked about that we wanted.

Disorganized and Unprofessional

I retained Ms. MacDonald for my divorce and she was regularly unprepared, late or absent from legal proceedings. It was the regular course of action that Ms. MacDonald would be preparing her arguments on the benches outside the courtroom at Macomb County District Court. Looking back Ms.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... WAS RETAINED TO GET PAPERS READY AND CONTACT... SHE FILED PAPERS, WITHOUT CONSENT, AND WHILE BE TOLD NOT TO. SHE KEPT SAYING IT'S TO LATE, SHE ALREADY DID. SHE HAD NO CLUE MY SISTER IN LAW IS THE CLERK & WE GOT THE TIME STAMPED COPY OF WHAT SHE FILED.

very incompetent. neglected to file correct paperwork and did not inform us on pertinent matters and did not know how to file correct paperwork. failed to disclose relationship with other parties involved, conflict of interest
