Jimmy was an ex-convicted criminal who was serving time in prison for burglary charges and had just recently been released from the Arrendale State Prison. Jimmy's dead body was found in April 1981. He was disappeared from 23rd April 1981. Much like Nathaniel Carter, Jimmy Payne's cause of death was also asphyxiation.
