Biography

Huffman was born in San Antonio, Texas. She attended the University of Oklahoma. Harris' professional experience includes serving as the attorney for the Houston Police Officers' Union. She has also served as vice president of the board of directors for Children's Safe Harbor—an accredited Children's advocacy Center.
