Friendly, professional service

Russell & Associates has been our "go to" firm for real estate closings for many years. They are fantastic. Samantha is the best closing paralegal I have ever worked with. However I never realized just how good they were until we actually became involved in some litigation. We were scared and had no idea where to turn.

Long Time Client

We are a band, not so great at writing reviews, so excuse any mistakes. But when I came across this site accidentally I felt we needed to comment. Kathie has represented us since 1996. Long time for an attorney client relationship. I can't count the number of times she saved our asses. Am I allowed to say that? We are musicians.

Excellent service

I'm a real estate investor and have used this firm for years. Kathie and her entire team are knowledgeable, reasonable and very easy to work with. They've saved me many times! I'd never use anyone else for my real estate deals!

sleezy, rude, needlessly unprofessional

This attorney is awful. Plain and simple. I dealt with her for a separate business matter and she was one of the worst people I have ever been professionally associated with. Do not employ her as your attorney under any circumstances, there is so much better out there.

Very Rude & Unprofessional

Very rude and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend using Kathie. I engaged Kathie's firm under my elective legal benefit with my employer's benefit plan. I contacted them draw up a purchase agreement for me (acting as the buyer) to purchase a home. Pretty simple paperwork. My benefit plan specifically states this is covered.
