Elections

• 2012 Vines was unopposed for the May 22, 2012 Democratic Primary and won the November 6, 2012 General election with 6,615 votes (62.4%) against Republican nominee Michael Jones.
• 2010 When House District 25 Representative Gene Shelby ran for Arkansas Senate and left the seat open, Vines won the May 18, 2010 Democratic Primary with 1,461 votes (46.1%), and was unopposed for the November 2, 2010 General election.
