Mr. Bodiford was fair priced with my case and was able to help throughout the prosecution. It was a reckless driving case (92 in a 55) and he was able to knock down the prosecution in order to help get it removed (keep in mind this is my first offense).

This guy charged us a fortune for a child support case and custody case and gave us horrible results . In court looked at me and said I didn’t realize what your income was ??? Then never did a discovery on the other parent to be sure the income was verified#N#I don’t recommend wasting your money

Education

Bodiford received his undergraduate degree from Mercer University and his J.D. degree from the John Marshall Law School. He later attended and graduated from the National Judicial College.

Career

Bodiford worked as a private practice lawyer in Marietta, Georgia, and as a trial attorney for the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office prior to becoming a judge. He was a judge for the Powder Springs Municipal Court. From 1985 to 1994, Bodiford served as the chief magistrate judge for the Cobb County Magistrate Court.

To start off, he’s a great listener and understands the stress and emotional imbalance that one is experiencing during such a life changing time.
