Awful experience after delay after delay I was pressured to settle when I was in no condition to make major decisions. Brooke was aware that I was battling a very rare & aggressive cancer & when she couldn’t reach me she harassed & pressured my 19 year old daughter to consent to a settlement.

I can’t believe that it’s mandatory for businesses to have Workmen’s Comp. insurance because employees are really not insured I was injured on the job and after six weeks Workmen’s Comp.

Workers comp cases can be very complicated and drawn out. At first I tried working with the insurance company myself and quickly found that they did not have my best interest at heart. I don't know what I would have done without Brooke and her team.

Was Miss Goff overworked?

Miss Goff was probably too overworked and instead of telling me the truth she came up with different excuses. The professional thing for her would have been to say "hey I am just too busy with cases, I think you should find another lawyer to handle your case" and to have told me that from the beginning, not waited until a year has passed and I have been waiting on this case to be filed.
