He is devoted to promoting divorce (slogan of “untie the knot”). He takes clients’ money, does rushed and shoddy work, and then refuses to respond to clients once he has been paid. Go elsewhere.

I recently used his service, and I have to say that it was one of tye most frustrating and disappointing experiences that I have had to go through. In the beginning of the process, everything was going well and at full speed. Contract was signed, retainer was processed. Meetings were set up (huge was of money by the way).

I recently went through a collaborative divorce, and Mr. Gayler was my wife's attorney. I think he's a great guy, and I don't write this to disparage him. I want to protect everyone else from wasting their time and money. He initialy preached collaborative law, and it seemed great. But once we signed the agreement, he essentially stopped working.
