John Henry Durham (born March 16, 1950) is an American lawyer who served as the United States attorney for the District of Connecticut (D.C.) from 2018 to 2021.

Durham's Report on the Affairs of British North America (submitted to Parliament on Jan. 31, 1839) advocated the union of Upper Canada (Ontario) and Lower Canada (Quebec) under a single legislature to which, as Wakefield had urged, the colonial Executive Council would be responsible.
