I hired Frances to represent me as my ex took me back to court to try and take my 50-50 custody. Throughout the process it was a disaster- rarely returning emails, wouldn’t take my phone calls about questions, sending me paperwork to look over that contained multiple errors, and even showed up late to court hearings twice.

No communication

Similar experience to other reviewers. Frances had no problem responding to emails and phone calls right up until I gave her the retainer fee. Since then, my calls, texts, emails have gone unanswered. At this point I don’t even know if I’m getting divorced.

No integrity, No morals

Francis Dunham is literally one of the worst lawyers I have ever worked with. She only cares about the money. At first she acts like she really cares, but once you give her a retainer fee you won’t hear from her. Her communication skills are very poor to say the least. She treats clients like they are a nuisance when trying to talk to her.

Beautiful, compassionate, caring, lovable, strong, firm, determine and a wins your case everytime

You people must be smoking some bad stuff because Frances has been our attorney for 15 years and every time the other party applies for an increase child support, Frances WINS our case each and every time.

Smoke and Mirrors

Frances was referred to me by another attorney. She is an absolute horrible attorney! She took money from a single Mother looking for resolution in a child custody case and will not return my emails or texts! May the Lord Bless her because she is an insult to women and mothers! Do not give her money or she will take it and disappear!!

Waste of money and time!!

If I could rate her no stars, I would. Frances was recommended by a friend that actually saw her perform in court and stated she was good. Well... that is if you can get a hold of her. She moved offices 3x times during the time that we hired her which she failed to give notice about her move twice.

If she's preoccupied, you're screwed

I was referred to Frances Dunham through a church friend and ever since I hired Frances, it's had me saying, Oh My God ever since. She claims to be accessible in her responses to other reviews. That is an absolute joke and a blatant and flat-out lie.
