About Gary J. George
As a young man, Gary George lived in Needles, California, for eleven years. All of his novels play out against the backdrop of the Mojave Desert in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. Gary was blessed with a long and happy marriage to Ginny Boyd, the author of the children's book "Birdy Bird," and the most wonderful person he has ever known.
