I hired Mr. Jaffe when it became obvious that the government was investigating me for a serious sexual offense that I didn't committ. Mr. Jaffe told me that although he has handled a few sex related cases in the past, he main focus was DUI. Nevertheless, after warning me, he reluctantly agreed to take my case.
Dan Jaffe is very professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and trustworthy. His staff is so friendly and he was very easy to get in touch with. He answered all of my questions with patience and gave me very thorough answers no matter how simple they were. I would highly recommend him to all of my family, friends, and co-workers.
Dan was great thru my whole case. He always called or emailed me with updates and made sure to keep me informed at every turn. I would definately recommend him to all my friends and coworkers!
Dan Jaffe really takes to time to consider not only the technical part of the case, but also how it affects you personally and emotionally. A lot of lawyers seem to talk down to you, and that makes me feel uncomfortable. Not Dan. He is approachable, but still has a presence that makes you feel very secure, in his office and in the courtroom.
I regularly use lawyers in my business, but I never considered that I would need a criminal defense lawyer for a DUI. My in-house counsel recommended Dan. Dan asked me to say a few words about him for his AVVO.com profile and I am glad to because he really helped me in my case.
This is the same review I left at Mr. Jaffe's other profile, as there are two of them for him, and I want to make sure he gets it. I used this lawyer a couple of years ago. I found him online, and got a lot of information from his website. He runs a small and very personal office. His paralegal was very helpful too.
Was arrested for Extreme DUI. Dan Jaffe charged me over $5,000.00, all the time claiming he was in direct negotiations with the State Attorney's office to get my charges at lease reduced. When we got to court the judge nor the state attorney did not even know who he was.
