May 24, 2021 · In one episode in Season 6, Alicia was having a rough time with her husband Peter (Chris Noth) while she was running for state’s attorney. Does Diane Lockhart become a judge? After they save the firm from bankruptcy, Diane is asked to become a Supreme Court Justice by Peter Florrick, following his election as Governor.
Season 6. Alicia, Diane, Cary, Kalinda and others return to Lockhart & Gardner, now called Florrick, Agos & Lockhart. In Season 6, Alicia also starts running for State's Attorney and develops a friendship with prosecutor Finn Polmar. She is successfully elected but has to step down due to false accusations.
