Exceptional

We cannot be happier with Mr. Ross and his firm. Highly recommend. He pointed out other contract issues we would never have seen.

Not as smart as he thinks he is

He was very slow in handling my matter and failed to keep me informed of new developments. He even lost some things relating to my case.

Waste of time

He was much more interested in running up a bill than finding any sort of resolution in accusations charged against us. We did much of the research on our own and presented it to him, which he charged a fortune to "verify." He thinks he knows everything, but he doesn't.
