Anyone can sue anyone for anything. The real question is whether the case can be won. The woman definitely does not have a case for slander. It is most unlikely that she will actually take you to court. If she calls you keep a record and if she calls too often, make a police report for telephone harassment. Same goes for text or e-mails.
