Kirkland gave me a chance to develop the skills I have today. I was placed in an educational classroom setting to learn then I was given the opportunity to have hands on. This firm is the reason why I have become successful.

You can suceed

Management were approachable. My assignments were super sweet and respectful. I learned alot from my paralegal. Great bonus if you volunteer to help out.

Learned a lot of new skills

Made some life long friends. I put in the hard work and was highly rewarded for it. I was able to work overtime in different departments and so learned new skills which also helped me do my actual job. Loads of people were eager to help you on all levels.

Free coffee and nice attorneys

Some of the practice assistants who have been with the firm for a long duration have the tendency to be dismissive ans territorial of their work. They have been very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Great work place

Overall the work place was nice and organized. Very manageable great place for new coming attorneys, but be prepared to do your best. There are ups and downs though

Best place I ever worked

You work hard at Kirkland and you are rewarded. It's an amazing place to be a paralegal. You are treated with respect and are a professional member of the team. The cases are huge, high profile and interesting. You are given all the support you need to succeed. I've worked at other firms since I left Kirkland and nothing else compares.
