Fun place to work

No career advancement, and low pay. The most enjoyable part of the job is that you get to help out the community with the different cases that we get to file and keep track of.

Under Appreciated

High stress environment. Too many cases and too few attorneys and staff. Compensation remains the same for years with no clear path on how to advance or get a raise.

Challenging work place for new attorneys

It was an excellent place to start my career and get litigation experience. Although the case load was intense at times, I had excellent support from staff and more experienced attorneys. I learned a lot about case management and how to hone my legal research/writing and litigation skills.

Amazing work environment, management could use some work

There was not a lot of room to move up in the division, though the group of colleagues was phenomenal. They hire specific people who will mesh well with the division and it shows. Management has it's issues, and that resulted in a lot of people leaving.
