Nov 11, 2013 · a lot more blood than typical AA fare, a surprisingly disturbing scene with a lot of blood. Technically, ERB claims that the animated blood and gore was too realistic for the game to be given a T rating. They were probably just covering their a**** for any groups that might find certain scenes offensive though.
The Ace Attorney anime is definitely aimed at kids, with brassy music and witness hilarity ensuring a goofy playful mood just like the games and a breakdown of the crime after the court case is over just in case you didn't follow along with its twists and turns.Jun 29, 2016
About the 13 and up rating: the games are murder mysteries, which means there IS death involved. Sometimes, there is blood. Not obvious adult content is here as well - some clearly visible cleavage.

This game is definitely better than the last one. The overall story is fantastic. Everything that the last game sets up gets resolved in a satisfying way. Episodes 3, 4, and 5 are some of the best in the entire series.
Phoenix Wright is a rookie defense lawyer who works under his mentor, Mia Fey. When Mia is murdered, Phoenix befriends her younger sister Maya, a spirit medium-in-training who can channel the spirits of the dead. Joined by Maya, Phoenix heads up the Wright & Co. Law Offices and stands up to defend his clients in court, often butting heads with several prosecutors, most notably his childhood friend Miles Edgeworth .

April 23, 2016. Due to Redd White's influence and connections, Phoenix Wright is indicted for the murder of his boss. Wright's only chance to avoid a guilty verdict is to expose White as Mia's true killer in court, a task made all the more difficult by Miles Edgeworth's ruthless prosecuting tactics.
The agreed-upon crown jewel of the Ace Attorney series, Trials and Tribulations allowed players to act as three different attorneys throughout the game while also bringing back important characters that make sense in the plot, rather than “just because." If being able to play as Mia Fey wasn't enough to earn first place on this list, then Phoenix Wright's college backstory most certainly is.
The only main series characters that make an appearance Phoenix and Maya (and Edgeworth, briefly.) Neverthe less, this game is a worthy tribute to both series, with wonderfully-crafted 3D models and excellent music throughout.
With many fans expecting a sequel to Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney (and many fans disliking the new character), Capcom took a very different route. The first main series game on the 3DS, Dual Destinies arguably has one of the most fantastic soundtracks for a 3DS game, with renowned composer Noriyuki Iwadare at his best.
Justice For All is a worthy sequel to Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, though it excels in different ways than its predecessor. The intrigue of Edgeworth's disappearance combined with the introduction of a new Von Karma creates a curiosity that can only be sated by pouring over every word of the game. Akemi Kimura does a phenomenal job composing music for every mood and scenario, leaving a lasting impression for weeks afterward.
The cases feel more engaging and exciting, and alongside the excellent soundtrack, stands as another masterpiece by Shu Takumi.
Another hidden gem of the Ace Attorney series, many have played Ace Attorney Investigations 2 through the outstanding fan translation available online. Not only is this another Japanese-exclusive game in the series, but it also stands out as another sequel better than the original.

In fact, Dual Destinies will also carry a more restrictive rating in Japan – it's the only game in the series to have that country's "C" rating (15 and up). It's rated for players 16 and up in Europe – again higher than any previous game. But the rise in ratings on Nintendo 3DS isn't just limited to Dual Destinies.

Chapman was critical of the animation quality, calling it "constantly off-model and slideshow-minimal but still watchable at least", whilst being more receptive to the adaptation's faithful recreation of the game's events and removal of "extraneous gags and details". He added that while the adaptatio…
