When customers complain about their internet service going down, they say that it can take days, even weeks before it is restored. They sit on hold with customer service for several minutes before a representative picks up. When they do speak to customer service, customers are given vague answers. Customers that cancel their accounts due to the poor service report they continue to be billed for months, and they are sent to collections when they refuse to pay.
Poor customer service is a common complaint. Customers report they can’t resolve billing issues without making several calls to customer service. There are long wait times and they get disconnected. Other customers report poor and unhelpful customer service when they need technical help.
