Mr. Hornsby was great in many ways

He informative and helpful along the way. Was able to get my case dismissed then expunged from my record. I would recommend Mr. Hornsby to anyone that is looking for a good person and lawyer.

Did a great job taking my case. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. I would hired mr hornsby in a heartbeat.

Highly Recommended

Richard assisted my husband after he was arrested. I called Richard that very day and he was at my husband’s side for his bond hearing, which was such a relief. Richard was genuinely concerned about our situation and helped my husband throughout the court process. Richard is the lawyer to go to when you need a lawyer the most.

reply to question

Asked a question about difference between clemency and commutation of sentence.Did explain i was in contact with someone who was in prison who,s sentence was harsh. Answered my question but then proceeded to question my sanity by referring to me as a weirdo who writes to people in prison. Not exactly very professional for a lawyer

Excellent Lawyer

Mr. Hornsby kept us informed and explained every step of the process. We are from out of state and he communicated promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him.
