Great people

This is a firm you can work for that’s full of friendly people (clients and attorneys). This is the kind of place where you can build a career as a low-level employee especially if you’re willing to stay for longer than a few years.

Full transparency

High degree of transparency in all things. At previous firms I’ve worked for I felt like I never really knew what was expected of me. It was as if instructions to “care more about a client” were always given with an underhanded wink (as if I’m supposed to know that it means to not give something negative about the client).

Very organized and professional

I enjoyed the work I performed. The company was very organized and always had things ready to go on time. Good clients who understood the nature of the work and kept expectations reasonable. Would recommend.

Overall, enjoyable experience

I enjoyed working for Polsinelli. I gained a lot of hands-on experience in a few short years that made it extremely easy for me to find another job when I moved across the state to be closer to family.

Good

They treat employees with respect. You’re paid what you’re worth. Management has an open-door policy that isn’t all talk. They don’t give you the run-around with corporate bs… you know exactly where you stand at all times.

Deserves every star

Good firm that goes above and beyond for its clients. They take every single case seriously and approach all their dealings with a strong moral and ethical compass. I have a lot of respect for everyone who works here.

Professional work environment

A lot of law offices can be quite clique-ish when you get down to it, but I never noticed any of that pettiness or drama when I worked here. They maintain the highest professional standards, and everyone gets along well but without bringing outside issues into the office.
