Education

Farr received his B.S. degree from Auburn University in 1979 and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida in 1982.

Career

Farr began his career in 1983 as an assistant state attorney in the 9th Judicial Circuit of Florida. From 1986 to 1990, he was an assistant statewide prosecutor in Orlando. He then entered the private practice of law, working with Zelman and Farr from 1990 to 1991 and as a partner of Cotter, Valerino, Zelman and Farr from 1992 to 1994.

Elections

The general election was canceled. Scott A. Farr (Nonpartisan) won without appearing on the ballot.

2012

Farr was unopposed and automatically re-elected following the November 6, 2012 general election.
