How I wish I had checked out this rating before hiring under extreme emotional distress. No invoice EVER to show billable hours. Showed up at hearing totally unprepared with no copies for judge or opposing counsel
Ross never once cared about us after taking our initial money. We contracted with Ross and he took the money, did minimal work, and then delayed every time we needed something. We asked him for an invoice and it took him 2 months to get back to us (after numerous excuses throughout).
