STORY

Upon inspecting a suspicious-looking book, Hershel Layton, Luke Triton, Phoenix Wright, and Maya Fey all find themselves in Labyrinthia, a strange medieval-style city in a different world from their own that has recently been falling victim to a number of seemingly impossible occurrences.

CHAPTERS

During a dark night in London, a car drove through a park at high speed. The male driver handed his young female passenger a sheet of paper, telling her to "see this man" if anything were to happen to him. As they drove, a group of robed figures attacked the car with powerful blasts of fire.

NOTE

While this is the second time Hershel Layton had a game on the 3DS, it was Ace Attorney's first time, even though it wouldn't come out until after Dual Destinies in the west because originally there weren't any plans to localize this game.

After Project Labyrinthia was officially discontinued, the townspeople set to work rebuilding Labyrinthia. Many retained their previous jobs, whilst others gained new ones.
