While examining the scene, you have to open the court record and select the Luminol. While accessed this way, the button that would normally present it instead reads 'Spray.' Hit it and we begin the Luminol...well, minigame, I guess?

Oct 12, 2005 · Have you selected the "court record" button and went to the luminol and hit "spray" at the top? This doesn't work if you use it as presented items or as evidence, I'm afraid.
