Mark Richmond was born in Hannibal, Missouri in 1951. He is married to Colleen (former Summit County Clerk and Recorder) and has two sons, Andrew and Peter. Mark graduated from Missouri State (fka SW Mo. State) University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1974, and the University of Denver Law School in 1978.
Andy grew up in Frisco, Colorado and has always called the state home. Andy has always enjoyed the outdoors and was a cross country skier in high school. Skiing led him to Western State College in Gunnison where he raced for the NCAA ski team. Andy was an Academic All-American three separate years at Western.
Mary Winston was raised on a 160-acre farm in upstate New York, and moved to Colorado in 1989 where she began her career as a legal assistant.
