There is not a subreddit to report moderators. There are moderator guidelines. If you feel these guidelines have been breached, you can contact the Reddit admins via this link or by emailing [email protected] 4, 2018
If you believe they have breached a sitewide rule, write to [email protected]. But if it's just that they banned you and you don't like that… you're probably better off starting your own community with the standards and rules that you want. :) You can but they won't do anything about it.
