In its effort to quickly reduce its tremendous backlog, attorneys (decision writers) are pushed to write decisions as if they worked in an assembly line, with emphasis placed on quantity rather than quality of work. Thus, they take away any possible enjoyment or pride from the work done. It has been quite a disappointment to work there.
